La distinction final sera attribué le 29 novembre 2010.&lt;br /&gt;Cette distinction récompense un ouvrage ayant marqué l'édition sur le thème de la qualité ou de la performance en 2010.&lt;br /&gt;Cette année, 21 ouvrages ont été sélectionnés pour concourir. Après lecture, un jury composé de professionnels d'entreprises et d'universitaires s'est réuni pour déterminer les livres à primer. C’est donc devoir distinguer l’existence d’une spécificité (perspective généraliste) qui soit possible à situer dans le temps et à une époque du développement de la grande entreprise) en fonction de traits spécifiques enseignables et transférables à l’ensemble des organisations, quel que soit leur lieu d’activité et dans l’espace géographique (au Japon), (perspective culturaliste).&lt;br /&gt;Mots clés : Culture, Japon, Méthodes d'organisation, Sciences des organisations, Toyota&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;Arguing about a "Japanese school" of organization suggests references of a localization (Japan) and a period (essentially between 1980 and 1990). The existence of a model possible to be attached at this period of development of the huge corporation according to specific teachable and transferable traits to every organizations, whatever their
